Food is a core ingredient for transformative health retreats. It not only fuels your guests for physical activity - but also creates a safe, supportive and nourishing space for them to gather, connect and replenish their spiritual and emotional energy. 

When we cater for retreats, we have one primary goal: To make your job as the host easier. 

Here is how it works:

  • We work alongside you to tailor the menu to suit your specific needs - including all dietary restrictions and preferences. You can be as involved or hands-off at this stage as you like, if you have other things to focus on! 

  • We source the ingredients, focusing on local and seasonal produce, and bring them to your retreat site 

  • We provide an on-site chef to prepare and serve all meals fresh, and clean up afterward

  • You’re totally free to focus on supporting your guests! 

We handle everything about your meals from start to finish, taking one very big to-do off your plate (to leave room for all the delicious food, of course).

Price varies depending on the number of guests. 

Optional Extra: Cooking Class

Trust us when we say there is no better bonding experience than cooking and eating alongside friends.

We offer 1-2 hour hands-on cooking classes to give your guests the extra skills and fresh dose of inspiration to take into their own kitchen.
